Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Generative Medical, Inc. ("GenMD," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit genmd.ai, healthcaredatahub.com, or mira.healthcaredatahub.com (together, the "Site"), contact us, or interact with us as a business contact.

What this policy does not cover. This policy does not cover health or patient data that we process for data partners and customers. That data is handled only under written agreements with those organizations, such as data use agreements and Business Associate Agreements, and as required by HIPAA and other applicable law. We do not collect patient information through this Site. Please do not submit health information through our forms.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect your name, work email, company, job title, what you are interested in, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We collect it using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from other sources. We may get business contact information, such as your name, title, employer, work email, location, LinkedIn profile, and professional background, from:

• business data providers (for example, contact enrichment services),

• public sources, such as publications, grant databases, institutional websites, and professional networking sites, and

• event organizers, partners, and people who refer you to us.

We may combine this information with what you give us. For example, after you submit our contact form, we may look up your public professional details to route your inquiry.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiries and provide information about our services,

• reach out to professionals and organizations who may be interested in our services, and manage those relationships,

• operate, secure, and improve the Site, and understand how people use it,

• evaluate job applicants, if you apply to work with us,

• comply with the law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the safety of others.

You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us (Section 9).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it. These include website hosting and analytics (Framer, Google Analytics), infrastructure (Cloudflare), customer relationship management (HubSpot), email and communications (Google Workspace, Resend), sales and contact data tools (such as Apollo and LinkedIn tools), meeting and productivity tools, AI tools we use to support our work, and recruiting (Ashby).

• Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.

• Authorities and others when required by law, or when needed to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

• A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. The information would stay subject to this policy.

• Anyone else, with your consent.

4. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working and to measure how it is used. We use Google Analytics and Framer's built-in analytics. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you,

• correct it,

• delete it,

• object to or restrict how we use it, or ask us to stop marketing to you,

• receive a copy in a portable format, and

• withdraw consent where we rely on it.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law, and we will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
